The Elizabethan Schools Foundation

A long-established charity, founded to provide grants to schools and other educational establishments in support of young people in the Fulham area, the Foundation has now been been re-activated after a lengthy period of dormancy.

Occasionally the brightest, hardest working and most promising students may be in circumstances not suited to attaining their full potential and financial assistance from the Foundation can provide not only the means but the encouragement to achieve this potential.

Established to support Voluntary Aided or Special Agreement schools where instruction is given in the doctrines of the Church of England and where the needs of students in full time education are disadvantaged by their circumstances, the Foundation invites applications for grants from schools, other educational establishments and individual students where support may be needed (for individuals, grants need to be administered through a sponsoring school or educational establishment). Beneficiaries must be students in full time education up to the age of 25, residing in or attending a recognised educational establishment in the Fulham SW6 area.

The Foundation is not able to provide grants where funding is already available from central or local government resources.
